This service includes a 1-year Function Health membership plus my nutrition coaching and custom meal-plan design based on your lab results. After the first year, you can choose to renew your Function Health membership or cancel it.

1. Sign up

Your bloodwork nutrition program already includes a 1‑year Function Health membership in the total price, so there is nothing for you to buy separately. After you sign up with me, I’ll send you a personal invitation link to create your 1‑year membership account on the Function Health website. You can renew or cancel your 1-year membership within your Function Health account.

2. Complete your bloodwork

Function Health includes 160+ lab tests annually, with 100+ biomarkers in the initial testing and 60+ lab tests midway through the year to see what has changed over time. Testing is available through 2,000+ lab locations nationwide. The bloodwork scheduling is done in your account, on the Function Health website or in their app.

3. Obtain your results

Function Health clinicians review your results and flag important findings, while the platform organizes your data in one secure place and provides personalized insights, food guidance, and supplement guidance. It takes about 3 weeks to get a full bloodwork report.

4. 45-minute nutrition + goals

After your bloodwork results are ready, you email me your PDF report and we schedule a focused 45‑minute phone consultation. During this call, I gather detailed information about your current nutrition, training, lifestyle, goals, and overall health intentions.

4. Get your custom vegan meal plan

Using your bloodwork, your consultation notes, and your goals, I design a personalized 30-day plant-based meal plan tailored to your energy needs, training schedule, recovery demands, and day‑to‑day lifestyle.

5. Adjust over time

Because health is not just one test, your mid-year testing can help show changes in key biomarkers, and your nutrition plan can be updated as needed based on your progress, results and new findings.
