3 - Month Nutrition Coaching Refund Policy

This policy applies only to nutrition coaching services that do not include bloodwork, laboratory testing, Function Health membership, or other third-party costs.

You may request a refund before nutrition coaching services begin. To request a refund, email igor@strengthsystemsinc.com with your full name, order or transaction number, and the email address used for purchase. Your request must be received before any coaching services have started.

For purposes of this policy, coaching services begin at the earliest of: review of your completed intake materials; a scheduled consultation or onboarding session; nutrition assessment or analysis; individualized program design; meal-plan creation; delivery of personalized nutrition recommendations; or the start of messaging, accountability, or coaching support.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method, less the 3% non-refundable payment-processing fee. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days; the time for funds to appear in your account may depend on your financial institution.

Once nutrition coaching services have begun, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Bloodwork Nutrition Refund Policy

This premium bloodwork-based nutrition coaching service includes individualized nutrition guidance and upfront third-party costs, including a Function Health membership and laboratory testing access.

All payments are final and strictly non-refundable once payment is submitted. Refunds are not available for any reason, including a change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel, failure to complete required intake materials or laboratory testing, delayed laboratory results, ineligibility for testing, changes in health status, or a decision not to continue with the service.

This policy is necessary because payment immediately commits non-recoverable third-party costs for your Function Health membership, laboratory testing access, onboarding, and professional time associated with preparing for your individualized service.

Your custom nutrition plan will be developed only after your laboratory results are complete and available for review. The time required to obtain laboratory testing and receive results may vary. Delays in completing testing, receiving results, or providing requested information do not change the non-refundable nature of the purchase.

You are responsible for completing all requested enrollment, intake, laboratory, and communication steps in a timely manner. This service provides nutrition education and coaching and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional. Individual results vary, and no specific health, body-composition, performance, or medical outcome is guaranteed.

Longevity Fitness Program Refund Policy

8-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (purchase day is day #1)

This online fitness program provides general educational fitness instruction and is intended for adults who can participate in physical exercise safely. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.

By purchasing and participating, you represent that you are physically able to take part in an exercise program. If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or postpartum concern, recent surgery, take medication that may affect exercise tolerance, experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or have any uncertainty about whether exercise is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or continuing the program.

You are responsible for exercising within your individual capabilities, using appropriate form and a safe training environment, and stopping exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the first two weeks of the Longevity Fitness Online Program. This initial access period allows you to review and experience the program structure, workouts, exercise guidance, and coaching approach.

If you decide the program is not right for you, you may request a refund within 8 calendar days of your purchase date and time. Refund requests must be sent by email to igor@strengthsystemsinc.com and include your full name, order or transaction number, and the email address used for purchase.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the 3% non-refundable payment-processing fee charged by Stripe or the applicable payment processor.

At 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the eighth calendar day after purchase, the refund period ends. All sales are final after that deadline, and no further refunds will be issued. At that time, the complete Longevity Fitness Online Program will become visible and accessible in your account for your continued use in accordance with your purchase.
